Preparation
Cooking a butter chicken for 2
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter and fry 1 small, chopped onion. Add in and cook 2 chopped garlic cloves
2. Blend 1 large tomato and 20g cashews (ideally soaked), add to the pan and cook, stirring often, until thick
3. Add 200g chicken, seafood, meat or veg and 3 tbsp butter chicken paste. Cook for 1 min
4. Add 125ml water and 1-2 tbsp double cream. Simmer until cooked
Not suitable for microwave use.
DO NOT CONSUME UNCOOKED
