450g Lean minced lamb
4 x Pitta breads.
Iceberg lettuce
1 Red onion
1 Cucumber

BOP - Just Grab

1 sachet of Doner kebab mix.
450g Lean minced lamb
4 x Toasted pitta breads.
Finely shredded lettuce
1 Finely sliced red onion
1 Sliced cucumber

Before cooking: Preheat the oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6. Empty the contents of the sachet and minced lamb into a bowl and knead together. Form into a loaf shape and wrap tightly in foil. 
During Cooking: Place the foil parcel onto a baking tray and bake for 50 minutes. 
After cooking: Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes before thinly slicing the lamb. Serve in the toasted pitta breads with lettuce, red onion and cucumber. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
