Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Oven

Oven cook from either frozen or chilled. If cooking from chilled, remove all packaging, place the salmon fillets on a plate and leave to defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove the salmon portions from packaging. Wrap in a lightly oiled foil parcel and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Carefully remove fish from foil parcel and serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from frozen 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6 20-25 mins Oven cook from chilled 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6 13-16 mins

Remove the salmon from all packaging. Place on a serving plate and leave to defrost in a refrigerator overnight.
