To cook Chicken in creamy white wine sauce on the hob Before Cooking: Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan. When oil is hot add 4 diced skinless chicken breasts. During Cooking: Fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Add the contents of one jar of sauce and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
