450g skinless chicken breasts
175g mushrooms
425ml semi skimmed milk

1 sachet of chicken supreme mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil
450g skinless chicken breasts, diced
175g mushrooms, sliced
425ml semi skimmed milk
Before cooking: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan.
During cooking: Fry the diced chicken breasts over a medium heat for 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for a further 2 minutes. Mix the contents of the sachet with the milk, pour over the chicken and mushrooms and bring to the boil, stirring continuously for approximately 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout, stirring occasionally.
After Cooking: Serve with freshly cooked rice and salad. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
